Job Description

Production Laborer Job Summary This position is responsible for supporting daily operations across multiple areas, including equipment and forklift operation, manual production tasks, and sanitation activities. The role ensures the efficient production of high-quality food products in compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and food safety standards. This position requires flexibility, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to safety and quality in a team-oriented environment. Duties and Responsibilities Production & Equipment Operation Operate various pieces of production equipment and ensure readiness at startup. Adjust machinery to maintain efficiency and quality standards. Troubleshoot and perform minor maintenance on equipment. Support line operations by packing, labeling, erecting RTDs, and moving product and boxes. Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move inventory, load/unload trucks, and support warehouse flow. Maintain productivity during downtime by preparing for upcoming runs or assisting other departments. Sanitation & Food Safety Perform sanitation tasks according to SSOP guidelines, including disassembling, cleaning, and reassembling equipment. Safely use cleaning chemicals and equipment (e.g., hoses, foaming tools, PPE). Follow GMPs, food safety, and HACCP protocols at all times. Complete sanitation logs and return tools and documents at end of shift. Report food safety concerns to supervisors immediately. General Duties & Team Collaboration Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times. Read and follow company documents including safety rules and SOPs. Communicate effectively with coworkers and supervisors. Accurately follow reporting and recordkeeping procedures. Set a positive example for team members in work ethic and compliance with company policies . Perform additional duties as assigned by management

$16.00 - $18.00 per hour
