Keep Production Moving and Be a Key Part of the Team About the Role Are you someone who enjoys staying active, keeping things organized, and helping a team succeed? As a Utility Aide, you'll play a vital role in supporting our wax molding and assembly operations. No two days are exactly the same. You'll work across multiple areas, ensure materials and components are where they need to be, and help keep production running smoothly from start to finish. This is a great opportunity for someone who likes hands-on work, enjoys learning new skills, and wants to gain experience in a manufacturing environment with opportunities for cross-training and growth. What You'll Do

Keep production teams supplied with the materials and components they need

Stage parts and assembly components for manufacturing operations

Operate and maintain leach tanks and dip seal equipment

Wash and prepare wax patterns for production

Stage and prepare assembly frames for processing

Receive, organize, inventory, and replenish materials and supplies

Perform light assembly and molding tasks as needed

Assist with basic data entry and production documentation

Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas

Help create and update simple work instructions

Support a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Contribute to a variety of projects and team needs throughout the department

High school diploma or equivalent

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Ability to read, write, stand, climb, stoop and reach to perform job functions. Ability to lift and or maneuver objects weighing up to 35 pounds. Ability to use computers and office machines. Ability to follow written and oral instruction. Ability to work in conditions which may include exposure to noise, dust, chemicals and varying temperatures.
