Our client, a leader in manufacturing and processing, is seeking a Plant Processing Operator to join their team. As a Plant Processing Operator, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting production and processing teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

• What's the Job?
• + Operate processing machinery to produce high-quality products within established guidelines.

+ Make minor adjustments to machinery to ensure proper product formation and troubleshoot issues as they arise. + Monitor and log temperature, moisture, raw material weights, and other critical parameters. + Follow sanitation procedures for cleanups and changeovers, including chemical handling. + Maintain safety standards, keep work areas clean, and report any equipment issues or injuries promptly.

• What's Needed?
• + High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required.

+ 1-year production or manufacturing experience preferred but not required. + Ability to operate material handling equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks. + Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed instructions and recipes. + Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. with assistance if necessary and stand continuously during shifts.
