Job Description

Production Technician Location:
Saxonburg, PA Pay:
$20.00 per hour
Schedule:
Full-Time | 7-3am shift OR 3-11pm shift
Shift Differential:

        Opportunities to develop your skills and advance within the organization What You'll Do As a Production Technician, you'll work as part of our manufacturing team processing magnesium materials and producing products to customer specifications. This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys working with equipment, staying active, and being part of a team.
        Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
        • Operating production equipment such as grinders, chippers, and atomizers — training provided
        • Monitoring equipment and production processes to keep operations running safely and efficiently
        • Taking measurements and making adjustments to ensure products meet quality standards
        • Following established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety requirements
        • Performing basic equipment troubleshooting and communicating issues to Team Leaders or Maintenance
        • Completing production logs and material records accurately
        • Keeping your work area clean, safe, and organized
        • Assisting with preventative maintenance and continuous improvement activities
        • Safely handling materials in a regulated manufacturing environment What We're Looking For You don't need to know our equipment on day one — we'll train you.
        We're looking for dependable, safety-minded people who are willing to learn and work as part of a team.
        Required:
        • High school diploma or GED
        • Ability to follow written procedures and safety requirements
        • Basic math and computer skills
        • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods
        • Ability and willingness to work other shifts if needed (the job is NOT rotating shifts)
        • Strong attention to detail
        • Reliable and team-oriented Helpful, but not required:
        • Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, industrial, chemical, or metals experience
        • Forklift experience
        • Boiler license or experience
        • Experience working in a safety- or quality-focused environment Don't have manufacturing experience?
