Job Description

Alloy Holdings, LLC seeks a detail-oriented Annealer Operator for 2nd shift. In this role, you'll operate and monitor annealing equipment used to produce secure financial materials, ensuring proper temperatures, timings, and safety standards. You will perform routine equipment checks, document production data, and follow strict quality and compliance procedures to protect sensitive client information. Collaborating with a diverse team, you'll support continuous improvement, maintain a clean, safe work area, and contribute to efficient, reliable production in a fast-paced financial services environment. Responsibilities Operate and monitor annealing equipment during 2nd shift Set and adjust temperatures, timings, and process parameters per specifications Perform routine equipment checks and basic troubleshooting Follow strict safety, security, and compliance procedures Conduct visual and basic dimensional quality inspections Accurately record production data and equipment logs Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production targets Report equipment issues or process deviations promptly Support continuous improvement initiatives in production processes Required Skills Annealing furnace operation Industrial equipment monitoring Quality control inspection Basic mechanical troubleshooting Safety and compliance procedures Production documentation Process control and calibration PPE and OSHA safety practices Reading technical instructions Time management for shift work
