Previous chemical manufacturing experience is preferred but not required—training will be provided. What You'll Do Operate and monitor chemical processing equipment, including reactors, mixers, and filtration systems. Measure, blend, and transfer raw materials accurately according to established procedures. Maintain accurate batch records and perform in-process quality checks. Package finished products into drums, totes, and other containers according to specifications. Troubleshoot equipment and assist with basic maintenance to support continuous operations. Follow all safety procedures and required personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Work collaboratively with team members to meet production, quality, and safety goals. What We're Looking For Experience in a chemical or manufacturing environment is preferred, but not required. Basic understanding of chemistry concepts such as pH, viscosity, and exothermic reactions. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Ability to perform physical job duties, including lifting up to 50 lbs and handling large containers. Forklift experience is a plus. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Proactive approach to troubleshooting and problem-solving. Commitment to workplace safety and quality.

Pay Details:
