This role is fast paced and demanding. This company is growing quickly and willing to train for upward progression. This is a Direct Hire opportunity. This will operate off the 2-2-3 schedule and will include days and nights.

High SchoolResponsibilities- Follows instructions on batch sheets and operating instructions.
- Trains new operators.
- Completes operating records accurately.
- Maintains inventory of in-process materials, including incomplete batches and liquors.
- Inventories manufacturing supplies and notifies supervisor when supplies are needed.
- Completes other tasks as assigned by management.
- Handles hazardous and non-hazardous waste.
- Weighs out quantities of liquid and solid chemicals.
- Adds chemicals to reactors, mix tanks, or other equipment.
- Monitors reactions. Samples vessel contents and adjusts conditions based on test results.
- Transfers chemicals between vessels. Adjusts valve positions, uses pumps and chemical hoses.
- Operates centrifuges, filters and other separation devices.
- Loads dryers, flakers, grinders and other solids handling equipment.
- Samples product, records laboratory results and communicates any off-spec results.
- Packages material into the desired packaging types.
