Hour Day & Night Shifts Day Shift:

7:30 AM

•8:00

PM Night Shift:

7:30 PM

•8:00 AM Rotating schedule consisting of 36-hour and 48-hour workweeks Multiple days off built into the schedule Approximately one full week off each month Training Schedule Monday-Friday 7:30 AM

•4:00 PM 4-6 weeks of paid training What You'll Do Operate reactors, pumps, and related chemical processing equipment. Weigh and charge raw materials into production vessels. Monitor production processes and make adjustments to maintain product quality and efficiency. Record production and batch information accurately. Transfer materials and finished products throughout the manufacturing process. Support process improvements and continuous improvement initiatives. Partner with Chemists, Engineers, and Production teams to meet manufacturing goals. Maintain compliance with GMP, OSHA, FDA, and company safety standards. Qualifications Experience in manufacturing, chemical processing, production, or industrial operations. Ability to work a rotating 12-hour schedule. Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Comfortable working around reactors, pumps, tanks, and process equipment. Basic computer and documentation skills. Commitment to safety and quality. Additional Requirements Must be able to wear respiratory protection equipment. Clean-shaven face required for respirator use (mustaches are permitted if respirator guidelines are met). Ability to work in a plant manufacturing environment. Ability to stand, walk, lift, and perform active job duties throughout the shift. Why Apply? Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00
