Job Title:
Production Technician Job Description Join our dynamic team as a Production Technician, where you will work in a clean room environment adhering to Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP). This role involves manufacturing, assembling, and packaging BioProcess Containers while ensuring quality and consistency through detailed instructions, including Standard Operating Procedures, work documents, and technical drawings. Responsibilities Manufacture, assemble, and package BioProcess Containers according to detailed instructions. Follow Standard Operating Procedures, work documents, and technical drawings to ensure quality and consistency. Maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting. Commit to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) throughout production processes. Essential Skills High School Diploma or equivalent. Basic computer skills to complete training modules. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Good verbal and written communication skills. Ability to follow detailed procedures. Commitment to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Team-oriented mindset. Additional Skills & Qualifications 1 year of production experience (preferred but not required). Experience in production, assembly, and warehouse environments. Work Environment Work in a fast-paced, controlled cleanroom environment for up to 10 hours per day with possible overtime. Cleanroom conditions include humidity over 30%, temperatures between 60-70°F, and ambient noise. Required gowning includes gloves, hair/beard net, face cover, and safety glasses with no makeup or jewelry allowed. Engage in frequent forceful gripping, grasping, pushing, pulling, and repetitive motion. Understand and use PPE and chemical hygiene practices, including disinfectants and solvents. Ability to stand, bend, reach, and move throughout the shift, occasionally lifting and handling up to 40 lbs unassisted. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out ofLEBANON, TN.
Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $21.28/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
