Job Description
Production Operator - Advanced Manufacturing Exegistics is hiring Production Operators to support the launch of a new, state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Fort Worth, TX . This is an exciting opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a growing operation that utilizes advanced automation and manufacturing technology to produce materials used in modern industrial, technology, and automation applications. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a structured, high-tech production environment and are comfortable learning new processes and technologies. Key Responsibilities Operate and monitor automated production equipment Set up materials and follow detailed manufacturing procedures and production recipes Perform routine inspections of equipment and products Troubleshoot minor process and equipment issues Document production activities and accurately record operational data Monitor product quality and identify potential concerns Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment Follow established manufacturing, safety, and quality procedures Work with chemical, mechanical, and thermal production processes in a controlled environment Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals QualificationsRequired Manufacturing, warehouse, industrial, or production experience Ability to work a rotating 12-hour shift schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled Stable work history with demonstrated reliability and attendance Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed work instructions Basic computer skills and comfort entering production data Ability to work safely in a fast-paced industrial environment Preferred Experience operating automated production equipment Experience in chemical processing, advanced manufacturing, or industrial operations ERP, MES, or production tracking system experience Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Why Join This Team?
