In this vital role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining hot oil systems used in tank cleaning operations. Your expertise will ensure the safe, efficient, and compliant production of pharmaceutical-grade products, supporting our commitment to quality and safety standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work within a dynamic environment that emphasizes safety, precision, and continuous improvement. Duties Operate hot oil systems and related material handling equipment in accordance with manufacturing standard operating procedures (SOPs) and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) guidelines. Monitor temperature, pressure, flow rates, and other critical parameters to ensure optimal system performance. Handle industrial chemicals safely, including proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as respiratory protection and chemical-resistant gloves. Conduct routine inspections of equipment, identify potential issues, and perform basic troubleshooting or escalate as needed. Follow strict pharmaceutical regulatory compliance standards and maintain detailed logs of operations, safety checks, and chemical handling activities. Assist with the setup, cleaning, and maintenance of machinery including machining tools when required. Adhere to safety protocols related to chemical agent handling, PPE usage, and regulatory/legal compliance standards in production environments. Skills Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate material handling equipment such as forklifts safely. Experience with manufacturing processes in a pharmaceutical or industrial chemical manufacturing setting. Familiarity with
GMP, CGMP
(Current Good Manufacturing Practice), and laboratory procedures relevant to pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities. Basic math skills for measurements, calculations related to temperature, pressure, and chemical quantities. Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles to promote efficiency and waste reduction. Ability to follow detailed manufacturing SOPs and safety protocols diligently. Experience with packaging operations and materials handling within a regulated environment is a plus.
