Temp-to-HirePosition OverviewProSource People is hiring a B Operator for an industrial production facility. This position is ideal for candidates with forklift experience, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to safety. The selected candidate will assist with operating units used in Catalyst Regeneration, Catalyst Sulfiding, and Catalyst Screening processes while supporting daily production activities and maintaining compliance with all safety and environmental requirements.

Job Responsibilities
  • Assist with the operation of production units used in catalyst processing
  • Perform bin changes, feed sack staging, drum lining, and waste drum disposal
  • Complete unit blowdowns and equipment clean-up before and after jobs
  • Maintain clean and organized change rooms, control rooms, and break rooms
  • Assist with building classifiers and supporting production activities
  • Work with the Shift Supervisor to troubleshoot equipment issues and implement solutions
  • Review production documents and special instructions to ensure compliance with operating requirements
  • Follow Job Shutdown Checklists, including product counts, sample requests, label verification, and packaging inspections
  • Collect catalyst product samples as required throughout the shift
  • Label products accurately and ensure hazardous waste containers are properly identified
  • Complete required production and safety paperwork with accuracy
  • Unload chemical trucks as needed
  • Operate forklifts safely and efficientlyRequirements
  • Previous industrial, manufacturing, or process operations experience preferred
  • Forklift operating experience required
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in labeling, counting, and documentation
  • Ability to understand and follow hazardous waste labeling procedures
  • Ability to work safely around industrial equipment and chemicals
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to troubleshoot operational issues with supervision
  • Commitment to workplace safety and compliance
  • Willingness to attend all required technical, safety, and environmental training sessions
  • Must participate in monthly safety meetingsAdditional Information
