EXPERIENCED

Lease Operator - Oil & Gas Production We are hiring an

EXPERIENCED

Lease Operator to monitor and operate oil and gas production facilities while ensuring safe, efficient daily operations.

Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor oil wells and production equipment Perform routine inspections and maintenance Troubleshoot production issues Complete daily run tickets and production reports Enter production data into company software Work independently with minimal supervision Assist with training new operators as needed

Requirements:

Previous oil & gas production/lease operator experience required Basic computer skills for production reporting Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently High school diploma or GED Valid driver's license Must be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
