Submittal Production Operator | St. George, UT Nexeo HR is hiring a Master Production Operator to join a growing manufacturing facility in St. George, Utah. This full-time, long-term opportunity supports multiple departments including plating, punch press, casting, restrike, and specialty bullet production. This role is ideal for dependable, mechanically inclined individuals who thrive in a fast-paced production environment and are ready to grow within a structured manufacturing team. Responsibilities Operate production machinery including punch presses, casters, plating equipment, and restrike presses Maintain production rates while ensuring product quality and accuracy Inspect materials and finished products to identify and prevent quality issues Perform machine adjustments, basic maintenance, repairs, and changeovers as needed Assist with material handling, copper loading, packing, and production support duties Accurately record production output, process conditions, and quality information Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment following 5S manufacturing principles Follow all safety procedures involving machinery, chemicals, lead materials, and PPE requirements Communicate production or quality concerns with team leaders and coworkers Support additional departments and production needs as assigned Qualifications Previous manufacturing, machine operation, production, or industrial experience preferred Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Strong attention to detail and quality control Comfortable working around machinery, chemicals, loud environments, and industrial equipment Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and perform physical labor Dependable attendance and strong work ethic required Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment Willingness to wear required PPE including safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection, respirators, and safety shoes Pay $16.50-$17.50 per hour Schedule Multiple full-time shifts available including mornings, evenings, overnights, and weekend schedules. Most positions operate on 10-12 hour shifts with overtime opportunities available based on production needs.Please note:
