Full Job Description Entry-Level Operator Assistant/ Manufacturing Assistant Shifts and Compensation Openings :

Immediate hiring for 2nd and 3rd shifts.

Pay Boost :

Includes a shift differential (extra hourly pay for working non-daylight hours).

Key Responsibilities Job Preparation :

Assemble cartons, labels, pads, and bags before production runs.

Operator Assistance :

Help set up mechanical components like cylinders, folders, shrink-wrappers, and rewinders.

Quality Control :

Inspect the printed products for defects (e.g., bad cuts, glue splashes, incorrect colors, or numbering errors).

Packaging & Logistics :

Pack completed orders onto skids and into boxes according to specific client job tickets.

Facility Maintenance :

Empty trash bins, clean up glue spills, and keep the workspace organized.

Job Requirements Physical Ability :

Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds.

Skills :

Mechanical aptitude and a strong eye for detail (quality assurance).

Experience :

General manufacturing experience is requested; prior printing industry knowledge is preferred but not required.
