S_180478 Spherion is partnering with a manufacturing facility in Beaver Dam, WI to hire Passivation Technicians for weekend shifts! This is a temporary opportunity with limited openings available. Role Highlights

Perform passivation processes on metal components according to quality and safety guidelines

Prepare, clean, and treat parts using chemical baths and specialized equipment

Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet surface treatment standards and specifications

Monitor equipment, solution concentrations, and chemical levels during processing

Maintain accurate documentation of process logs and safety procedures What You'll Need

High School diploma or equivalent

Ability to read, write, and speak English

Prior manufacturing, chemical handling, or surface treatment/passivation experience preferred

Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety ... Ability to work a 12-hour weekend shift schedule and lift up to 50 lbs as required today for immediate consideration!
