KI, a world class supplier of innovative and award-winning furniture solutions for business, educational, and healthcare environments, is seeking a full-time Plastics Process Specialist to join our Green Bay manufacturing facility to work on our 3rd shift. 3rd shift individuals receive an hourly shift differential of $3.00. A $1.00/hour raise is also given within the first year of employment. To learn more about KI, please visit www.ki.com

Job Duties:

Read and follow schedule

Ensure operators have everything needed

Assist operators with questions regarding schedule, quality, ect..

Mix material as needed

Assist with color changes

Assist with training of operators

Maintain cleanliness throughout the department

Material handling within the department

Regrinding of scrap

Clean color pails and maintain color pail area

Make decisions regarding quality and other departmental decisions along with the Process Specialist (Seek Process Manager advice when needed)

Largely focused on Operator training and development. Must be willing to train and teach operators.

Provide Plastic's Process Manager and Process Specialists with feedback regarding the operation of the shift as needed. .

Minimum Requirements:
High School Diploma or Equivalent Preferred Value Added Skills:

Mechanically inclined with previous manufacturing experience, but not required

Team Player

Computer knowledge

Willingness to learn

Ability to train on any shift

Positive Attitude Physical Requirements:

Working in areas where it can get warm

Working in a smoke free environment

Activities including standing, walking, lifting, twisting and bending

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Willingness to assist in any given area of the plant if your area is slow

Shift:

This is a 3rd Shift position

Hours are 10pm-6am Sunday night - Friday morning

Shift premium of $3.00/hour
