Job Description

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a 2nd Shift Blender Operator to join their team. As a 2nd Shift Blender Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Shift:
Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM What's the Job? Safely set-up and operate equipment to optimize machine capability and product output. Apply knowledge and skill to troubleshoot and address routine equipment malfunctions. Ensure high-quality goods are produced by checking for defects or malfunctions. Follow safety policies, including wearing personal protective equipment and adhering to safety protocols. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to production activities. What's Needed? High school diploma or GED equivalent. At least 2 years of experience in manufacturing or related roles. Strong technical skills and knowledge of machinery and equipment. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various environmental conditions. Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team. What's in it for me?
