Job Description

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in extrusion processes, is seeking a dedicated Extrusion Process Technician to join their team. As an integral part of the Production Department supporting operational excellence, the ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

$23.00 - $27.00
Shift:
Day shift What's the Job? Perform trials with new and existing tooling to ensure parts meet customer specifications. Conduct process improvements to enhance productivity, reduce scrap, and increase efficiency. Develop documentation, instructions, and procedures to support manufacturing initiatives. Assist in training production personnel on extrusion processing and tooling implementation. Support maintenance activities and assist engineering with tooling and equipment repairs. What's Needed? Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of two years of experience in profile extrusion or related manufacturing processes. Ability to read blueprints and operate machinery, small hand tools, and precision measuring devices. Reliance on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform job functions.
