You will leverage your technical expertise in multi-axis machining to drive quality and efficiency across our manufacturing floor. Responsibilities Execute complex setups and operate CNC milling and turning centers to achieve precise component dimensions. Translate intricate blueprints, technical schematics, and CAD models into finished parts with high accuracy. Validate component quality through rigorous inspection, ensuring all outputs align with strict tolerance requirements. Optimize machine uptime by performing proactive maintenance and rapid troubleshooting of CNC equipment. Maintain detailed production logs to ensure traceability and continuous process improvement. Uphold a high standard of workplace safety and organization to foster an efficient production environment. Qualifications Required Skills Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience operating CNC mills and lathes. Advanced proficiency in G-code programming and CNC machine setup. Strong command of GD&T principles and precision measurement instrumentation. Proven ability to interpret complex technical drawings and engineering documentation. Preferred Skills Technical degree or formal certification in Precision Machining. Experience with multi-axis VMC (Haas, Okuma) or 2-4 axis lathes (Mazak). Demonstrated success in high-volume production environments.
