Penmac Staffing is hiring a CNC Operator for a well-established manufacturing company in Conway, AR. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity with a company known for its fantastic culture, commitment to employee success, and stable work environment. Pay:
$18.00 per hour
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Requirements for the CNC Operator The ideal candidate will have: Excellent computer skills and the ability to learn new software and systems Strong math skills, including measurements and basic calculations Excellent attention to detail and accuracy A strong work ethic and commitment to quality Dependable transportation and reliable attendance The ability to work independently and as part of a team A commitment to following all safety procedures Willingness to submit to pre-employment screening requirements Attendance is critical in this position. Candidates must be dependable, reliable, and committed to maintaining consistent attendance and punctuality.
