Overview Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a CNC Operator and become a vital part of precision manufacturing excellence! In this role, you will operate, set up, and maintain CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machines to produce high-quality components with accuracy and efficiency. Responsibilities Set up CNC machining to include CNC Beam Line for steel fabrication. Program CNC machines using (Computer-Aided Manufacturing) programming to produce precise parts Interpret mechanical blueprints and technical drawings accurately to ensure parts meet specifications Operate machining tools such as grinders, calipers, and measurement instruments for quality control and measurement accuracy Perform routine machine maintenance, troubleshooting issues promptly to minimize downtime while maintaining safety standards Conduct precision measurements using coordinate measuring machines. Inspect finished components for quality compliance using standards and ensure adherence to manufacturing specifications Experience Proven experience operating CNC machinery such as CNC Plasma cutting machines in a manufacturing environment Skilled in reading mechanical blueprints and interpreting technical drawings accurately. Basic math skills necessary for calculating dimensions, tolerances, feed rates, speeds, and other machining parameters Knowledge of safety procedures related to metal machining processes including grinding, welding and use of power tools Join us in shaping the future of manufacturing through innovation and craftsmanship!
