How You Contribute to The Team The Winding Machine Operator is responsible for various tasks in the manufacturing of garage door springs according to customer and product specifications. Set-up and operate winding machines. Perform changeovers and ensure proper tooling is used. Perform quality checks. Troubleshoot equipment as needed. What You Need to Succeed High school diploma or GED. Proficiency in using hand and measurement tools. High level of attention to detail, organization, and follow-through skills. Dependability and a willingness to learn. This position will frequently lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds. Team members are paid weekly . The target hourly pay rate is $21.50 depending on qualifications, experience, education, and other factors. A shift premium may be available depending upon shift and location.
