Onsite in Mesa, AZ, this contract-to-hire role places you at the center of a respected aerospace manufacturer with structured training, advancement, and a spotless, climate-controlled environment.
Pay:
$18.00-$38.00/hour DOE + off-shift differentials. Overtime available. Excellent benefits upon conversion. Is this you? Do you enjoy setting up and running Swiss-type CNC machines and CNC lathes? Can you read blueprints, interpret GD&T, and hold tight tolerances using micrometers and calipers? Are you excited to learn new platforms like Tsugami, Citizen Swiss, and Nomura Noki—or deepen expertise you already have? Do you value safety, reliability, and pride in every finished part? What you'll work on Operate and set up: Tsugami, Citizen Swiss, Nomura Noki, Swiss CNC machines, and CNC lathes Measure and verify features with precision tools Adjust offsets, troubleshoot issues, and ensure first-pass yield Partner with the team on process improvements and documentation Your background Level 2: 3-5 years CNC experience; complete setups; GD&T and blueprint fluency; Swiss CNC preferred Level 3: Advanced Swiss setup/programming; proven troubleshooting; process optimization; mentoring peers Choose your shift (onsite) 2nd: Mon-Thu | 4:00 p.m.-2:30 a.m. (4/10s) + $1.00/hr differential — 4 openings 3rd: Fri-Sun | 6:00 a.m.-6:30 p.m. (3/12s) paid at 40 hours — 4 openings 4th: Fri-Sun | 6:00 p.m.-6:30 a.m. (3/12s) + $1.00/hr differential & paid at 40 hours — 6 openings What you bring Precision measuring proficiency (micrometers, calipers, gauges, etc.) Fundamentals of GD&T Blueprint/engineering drawing literacy Mechanical aptitude and strong troubleshooting Detail orientation and quality mindset Manufacturing experience; aerospace is a plus Why join Contract-to-hire (520 hours) with a clear growth path Comprehensive training (3-12 months based on experience) Clean, organized, climate-controlled facility All tools supplied by employer; bring steel-toe boots No third-party candidates Compliance Must be a U.S. Citizen due to ITAR requirementsBenefits
