CNC Machine Operator Location:
Tolleson, AZ $23.32 per hour
Schedule:

Technical training or manufacturing education is beneficial. Experience Requirements Previous CNC machine operation experience required
Basic computer skills and experience working with computerized systems
Strong math skills with the ability to perform calculations accurately
Ability to work overtime as needed Job Duties Operate CNC machines and related production equipment
Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as required
Enter and review production data using computer systems
Read and follow work instructions, specifications, and production schedules
Perform quality checks to ensure parts meet specifications
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines Preferred Qualifications Previous machine operation, manufacturing, production, or industrial experience is preferred.
Experience performing machine setup, tooling changes, troubleshooting, or preventative maintenance is beneficial.
Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, quality systems, or continuous improvement practices is considered an asset.
Individuals who demonstrate mechanical ability, reliability, teamwork, and a commitment to quality are well positioned for success as a CNC Machine Operator. Physical Capabilities Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift.
Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds.
Ability to safely operate manufacturing equipment while maintaining awareness of moving machinery.
