Job Description

This role is ideal for a skilled machinist who is confident with CNC setup, programming, troubleshooting, and precision part production. This is a stable, full-time position with a clean, safety-focused manufacturing environment, supportive leadership, and opportunities for training and career growth. The right candidate will join a team that values quality workmanship, teamwork, continuous improvement, and pride in producing accurate precision components. Key Responsibilities Program, set up, operate, and troubleshoot CNC machinery to manufacture precision components to specification. Perform complete machine setups, including tooling, fixtures, offsets, work holding, feeds, speeds, and machining parameters. Set up and operate CNC Mills, CNC Lathes, Horizontal Mills, and Vertical Boring Mills. Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, GD&T, and machining specifications. Inspect finished parts using micrometers, calipers, bore gauges, height gauges, and other precision measuring tools. Work with Engineering, Quality, Production Control, and Supervisors to resolve machining, tooling, and production challenges.
Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM or 10:00AM to 6:30 PM. Overtime may be required based on business and production needs. Clean and safety-focused manufacturing environment.
