We're looking for a mechanically inclined CNC Machine Operator with some manufacturing or CNC experience who wants to build a long-term career in machining. You don't need years of experience—we're looking for someone with a solid foundation, a strong work ethic, and a desire to learn. If you're dependable, eager to improve, and want to become a highly skilled machinist, we'll provide the training, mentorship, and opportunities to help you grow. Responsibilities Operate CNC mills and lathes to produce precision aerospace components. Load and unload parts while maintaining production efficiency. Perform basic tool changes and offset adjustments. Read work instructions, setup sheets, and basic blueprints. Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools. Complete quality documentation accurately. Keep machines and work areas clean, organized, and safe. Report machine or quality issues to supervisors. Learn new machining techniques and continuously improve your skills. Qualifications 6 months to 2 years of CNC machining or manufacturing experience preferred. Mechanically inclined with an interest in machining. Basic understanding of CNC machines and manufacturing processes. Experience using calipers, micrometers, or other measuring tools. Ability to read basic blueprints is preferred. Strong attention to detail. Reliable, punctual, and dependable. Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
