Job Description

CNC Lathe Operator -
Second Shift Pay:
$21.00-$23.00 per hour
Schedule:
Monday-Thursday, four 10-hour shifts
Location:
Corona, California Rite Staff is seeking experienced CNC Lathe Operators for immediate opportunities with an established manufacturing company in Corona, California. The company is looking for approximately four to six qualified operators, primarily for second shift. Selected candidates will begin with approximately two weeks of training on first shift before transferring to their regular scheduled shift. Responsibilities Operate CNC lathe machinery safely and efficiently Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and job specifications Use micrometers and other precision measuring instruments Inspect finished parts to confirm measurements and tolerances Make basic machine adjustments as necessary Monitor production quality and report equipment concerns Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all company safety and production procedures Qualifications Previous CNC lathe or comparable machining experience is required Familiarity with CNC lathe setup and operation Ability to read blueprints and understand part tolerances Experience using micrometers and other precision measuring tools Personal machinist toolbox and micrometer set strongly preferred Ability to train on first shift for approximately two weeks Ability to work second shift, Monday through Thursday Dependable attendance and reliable transportation Ability to wear required personal protective equipment Schedule Four 10-hour shifts Monday through Thursday Approximately two weeks of first-shift training Regular assignment will primarily be on second shift Possible overtime depending on production needs Safety Requirements Safety glasses Closed-toe work boots or shoes Additional protective equipment may be required by the worksite Interview Process Qualified applicants will complete an interview with the client's supervisors before placement. Start Date Immediate openings are available. Candidates with relevant CNC lathe experience are encouraged to apply today.
Pay:
$21.00 - $23.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
