Job Description

Markful is seeking a detail-oriented CNC Operator to support our branded merchandise and print fulfillment operations. In this on-site role, you'll set up and run CNC equipment to produce precise components used in custom marketing materials and displays. You will interpret blueprints and work orders, select tooling, load materials, and monitor quality, making offsets and adjustments as needed. Working closely with our design, print, and logistics teams, you'll help keep jobs on spec and on schedule in a fast-moving, collaborative environment that values ownership, experimentation, and practical problem-solving. Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC machines to produce custom printed and branded components Interpret blueprints, work orders, and digital layouts to ensure accurate production Load materials, select appropriate tooling, and adjust machine settings for quality output Monitor machine performance, inspect finished parts, and make necessary offsets or corrections Perform basic troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and keep equipment in good working order Document production runs, inventory usage, and quality results in Markful's systems Collaborate with design, production, and logistics teams to meet deadlines and customer specs Follow safety procedures, maintain a clean work area, and support continuous improvement efforts Required Skills CNC machine setup and operation G-code or CNC program interpretation Blueprint and technical drawing reading Precision measurement with calipers and micrometers Basic machine troubleshooting and maintenance Quality inspection and documentation Understanding of manufacturing safety practices Material handling for metals/plastics/print substrates Use of production and inventory software Basic computer literacy for job tickets and workflows
