  • Join an established precision manufacturing company serving highly regulated industries has an immediate full‑time opening for an experienced CNC Laser Operator.
This on‑site role offers long‑term stability and the opportunity to support a growing production environment.
Hours:
1st shift and 2nd shift available + weekends schedule available 4/10 schedules 1st Shift

  • 4:30pm) 2nd Shift
  • Monday
  • Thursday (4:00pm
  • 2:30am) Weekend Shift
  • Friday
  • Sunday (5:00am
  • 5:30pm)
Job Requirements:
Set up and operate CNC lathes, mills, and multi-axis CNC laser cutting equipment. Configure fixtures, vises, rotary tables, and workholding devices for machining and cutting operations. Establish part and fixture locations to ensure accurate machining and cutting processes. Manufacture components to required dimensions and tolerances based on engineering drawings and specifications. Perform mathematical calculations related to dimensions, angles, and setup requirements. Select, install, and maintain appropriate cutting tools and tooling components. Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments, including calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and indicators. Troubleshoot machining, programming, tooling, and equipment issues and implement corrective actions. Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of CNC machining and/or CNC laser cutting experience. Proficient in CNC setup, operation, and basic program editing. Experience working with multi-axis machining and/or laser cutting equipment. Strong understanding of blueprint reading, GD&T, and technical documentation. Experience producing precision parts to close tolerances. Knowledge of machining methods, tooling selection, and material characteristics. Ability to work with both inch and metric measurements. Understanding of feeds, speeds, and cutting parameters for various materials. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Manual machining experience is a plus.
