Security Clearance Required:

No Basic Qualifications (Required) Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or inventory management Experience using logistics systems, inventory databases, or supply support systems Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship required) What That Experience Should Include Experience supporting customer-facing or operational environments, not solely back-office work Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting Demonstrated ownership in identifying issues and driving them to resolution Comfort working with changing priorities and incomplete information Demonstrates the ability to prioritize and complete all required training and qualification requirements in a timely manner to meet contractual, regulatory, and operational expectations. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting U.S. Air Force or DoD logistics operations Familiarity with USAF supply systems (e.g., FMxC2, ILS-S, DIFM processes) Experience with product deficiency reporting Knowledge of hazardous material handling and shipping Ability to interpret technical publications or engineering documentation Work Environment & Expectations 100% onsite role supporting flightline and operational activities May require flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Must be able to respond to operational needs outside standard working hours Potential for domestic and international travel, sometimes on short notice May require deployment in support of DoD contingency operations What Success Looks Like in This Role Takes ownership of issues and drives them to resolution without waiting for direction Maintains accuracy and composure in a fast-paced, changing environment Communicates clearly and confidently with customers and internal teams Effectively prioritizes when multiple demands compete for attention This Role May Not Be a Fit If You Prefer Highly structured, predictable work with minimal change Escalating issues rather than working them to resolution Limited customer interaction or strictly back-office responsibilities Education /
