Pay:

$35-55/hour, depending on experience

Start:

As soon as available Exciting start up opportunity! We're looking for hands-on fabricators / CNC operators to join our small team and help with daily production, prototyping, and final assembly. You'll work alongside current fabricator and directly with hardware team, taking parts from drawings through fabrication, fit checks, and assembly. We need someone who can take ownership of a job, spot problems, and help work out practical solutions. What you'll do Set up and operate fabrication equipment, with CNC fiber-laser or CNC-router experience a strong plus. Cut, bend, drill, deburr, and finish sheet-metal parts. Assemble enclosures and finished computers, checking fit, finish, and quality. Read drawings, measure parts, and catch dimensional or assembly issues early. Help develop jigs, fixtures, and repeatable setups as we move from prototypes into production. Handle routine equipment maintenance and basic troubleshooting; flag issues that need specialist repair. Keep the shop organized and work safely around machinery and finished parts. What we're looking for Practical experience in fabrication, machine operation, or a similar hands-on production environment. Comfort with sheet metal, shop tools, measurement, and mechanical assembly. Ability to work independently after getting context and to communicate clearly when something is blocked. Care for detail, reliability, and pride in the quality of finished work. Especially useful experience CNC fiber lasers, CNC routers, press brakes, or other sheet-metal equipment. Workholding, jig/fixture building, or CAD/CAM. #
