In this energized role, you will be responsible for setting up and running Haas CNC machines. Responsibilities Read and interpret mechanical blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to determine machining requirements. Set up Haas CNC machining equipment by installing tooling, fixtures, and calibration devices using hand tools and power tools. Program CNC machines ensuring precise control of machining operations aligned with engineering specifications. Conduct tooling changes, adjustments, and calibrations to optimize machine performance during production runs. Perform precision measurements using calipers, micrometers, micrometers, dial indicators, and other measurement instruments for quality control purposes. Troubleshoot machining issues by analyzing machine behavior and making necessary adjustments or manual interventions using manual machining techniques when required.
Pay:
$26.00 - $38.00 per hour
