We are looking for a dependable, mechanically minded person who enjoys hands-on work and wants to develop into a skilled CNC operator and eventually a setup machinist. Previous CNC experience is welcome but not required. We value attention to detail, willingness to learn, consistent attendance, and the ability to follow instructions and accept feedback. What you will do Learn to safely operate CNC mills or lathes. Load and unload parts and monitor established machining operations. Learn to inspect parts using micrometers, calipers, and other measuring tools. Follow work instructions and complete production and inspection records. Handle precision parts carefully and maintain an organized work area. Report problems promptly and ask questions when unsure. Training and advancement Training begins with safe machine operation, part inspection, and understanding work instructions. As you demonstrate proficiency, you can progress to tool changes, offsets, and machine setups under supervision. Pay and benefits Starting pay:

$22-$25/hour , based on relevant skills and aptitude. Paid on-the-job training. Kaiser medical insurance, with the company paying 50% of the premium.
