We are searching for a CNC Setup/Operator for our 1st shift. The shift runs from 6am to 2:30pm. Must setup new parts, edit G-code, troubleshoot program, create fixtures/vises, complete first part approval. Must have

• MINIMUM 3 YEARS SETUP EXPERIENCE

  on HAAS mills
• SETUP and Operate HAAS 3-Axis mills (VF-2, VF-3)
• Must read and understand blueprints
• Load parts into mill accurately
• Check part dimensions using inspection equipment (calipers, micrometers, etc.)
• Change tools and adjust offsets
• Clean equipment and/or machinery
• Operate multiple machines
• Deburr parts during production runs
• Must be able to take initiative and work independently
