CNC Machine Operator Starting at $22+/hr + $3/hr Shift Differential Looking for an opportunity to grow your manufacturing career while working with advanced equipment? We're hiring CNC Machine Operators to join a fast-paced production team. This is a great opportunity for candidates with machine operating, CNC, machining, or manufacturing experience who are looking for long-term career growth. Position Summary As a CNC Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating CNC equipment, inspecting finished products, and ensuring quality and production standards are met. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and committed to workplace safety. Key Responsibilities Operate CNC machines to produce high-quality parts according to specifications. Load, unload, and package finished products for shipment or further processing. Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and production instructions. Use tape measures, calipers, and other measuring tools to inspect parts and verify dimensions. Record production, quality, and operational data accurately. Monitor machine performance and report equipment issues to supervisors or maintenance personnel. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards. Required Qualifications At least 1 year of machine operating, manufacturing, or production experience. Ability to accurately read and use a tape measure. Experience using hand and power tools. Ability to lift up to 75 pounds as needed. Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Reliable attendance and a safety-focused mindset. Preferred Qualifications Previous CNC machining experience. Experience operating CNC mills, lathes, or similar equipment. Familiarity with calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring instruments. Production, fabrication, machining, or metalworking experience. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Why Join Us? Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Farley, IA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $26.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
