Job Description
CNC Operator | 2nd + 3rd Shift Join a Growing Manufacturing Team with Advancement Opportunities Are you experienced with CNC mills or lathes and looking for a company that values your skills? We're seeking a CNC Operator to join our team on 2nd shift. In this role, you'll operate CNC milling machines, inspect parts for quality, and support the production of precision-machined components. What You'll Do Operate multiple CNC milling machines, including Doosan and Kia equipment Read and interpret blueprints to verify part specifications Use micrometers, calipers, gauges, and measuring tools to inspect parts Perform machining operations including drilling, tapping, boring, and turning Load and unload materials and finished parts Sand, deburr, and finish parts as needed Monitor machine performance and make basic tool adjustments Maintain quality and production standards while operating multiple machines What We're Looking For ✅ Experience operating CNC Mills or CNC Lathes ✅ Ability to read and interpret blueprints ✅ Experience using micrometers, calipers, gauges, and other precision measuring tools ✅ Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality ✅ Ability to manage multiple machines and tasks efficiently Preferred Qualifications Experience with Doosan, Kia, or similar CNC equipment Previous manufacturing or machining experience in a production environment Interest in learning advanced machine setup and tool adjustment skills Why Join Our Team? Pay:
$18- 25+•depending on experience.
- $22.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
