CNC Operator and Precision Grind Technician Job Description We are urgently seeking skilled CNC Operators and Precision Grind Technicians to join our team for both day and night shift operations. These roles are pivotal in supporting our production workflow and offer the chance to work with advanced manufacturing processes in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment, including Gen Mill with Mitsubishi controls. Load and unload materials to and from CNC machines. Monitor production quality and troubleshoot issues as they arise. Perform finishing grinding and sharpening of materials. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Buellton, CA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
