$20.00-$25.00 p.h. DOE Express Employment Professionals is seeking a CNC Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating CNC machines and general hand tools for finishing of metal materials . This position requires strong attention to detail, the ability to read blueprints, and adherence to safety and quality standards.Key Responsibilities:
Set up, operate, and maintain CNC machines to produce metal components per specifications. Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work orders. Perform quality checks to ensure parts meet dimensional and finish requirements. Adjust machine settings, tooling, and programming as needed to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting of machinery. Work closely with production and quality control teams to meet project deadlines.Qualifications & Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification is a plus. 2+ years of experience operating CNC machines and brake press equipment. Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical drawings. Ability to use precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.). Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
