This role requires the ability to perform repeat setups and independently maintain established production jobs on HAAS and Mori vertical mills. This is not an entry-level or machine loading position. Minimum Qualifications (Required) Minimum 2 years of CNC experience in a production environment Experience performing repeat setups using established programs and tooling lists Ability to adjust offsets and maintain part tolerances Proficient in reading blueprints Experience using calipers, micrometers, and precision measuring tools Ability to work independently on 2nd shift with minimal supervision Applicants must clearly list specific CNC mill models and controls operated. Applicants without hands-on CNC mill experience will not be considered. Responsibilities Perform repeat setups on designated machines Verify tooling and load established programs Adjust offsets and maintain tolerances Monitor quality and minimize scrap Troubleshoot routine machining issues Maintain consistent production output on 2nd shift Maintain a clean and safe work environment Position Distinction CNC Operator II is an experienced production operator capable of performing repeat setups and maintaining established jobs independently. This role does not include program editing or new job process development.
