In this role, you will be responsible for operating CNC Swiss lathes to produce precision components. Your expertise in machining and inspection will contribute to our commitment to quality and innovation. Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC Swiss lathes to produce precision parts. Maintain continuous operation of barfeeders to ensure uninterrupted production. Perform manual part loading as needed to meet production demands. Conduct thorough part inspections using precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, gauges) to verify conformance to specifications. Interpret and apply engineering drawings to ensure accurate machining and inspection. Uphold a safe and organized work environment, adhering to all safety guidelines and policies. Qualifications Required Skills Proven experience operating CNC lathe machines. Proficiency in interpreting blueprints and following computer-screen instructions. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to thoroughness. Preferred Skills Working knowledge of Swiss-type CNC lathe operation and setup. Familiarity with CNC machining production and inspection processes. Proficiency in using Office 365 applications (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel). Effective written and verbal communication skills.
