•2:30 PM Join a Precision Manufacturing Team! Are you an experienced CNC Machine Operator who takes pride in producing high-quality, precision parts? We are looking for a skilled manufacturing professional to operate CNC lathes and mills while performing detailed inspections to ensure every component meets customer and engineering specifications. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in CNC machining, precision measurement, blueprint reading, and dimensional inspection who wants a consistent Monday-Friday, first-shift schedule . What You'll Do Operate CNC lathes, mills, and other complex production equipment to manufacture precision components Set up and make machine adjustments as needed to maintain quality and production requirements Read and follow work orders, engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications Perform in-process and final inspections to verify parts meet customer and quality specifications Use precision measuring equipment including calipers, micrometers, drop gauges, CMM, and other inspection tools Identify out-of-specification parts and communicate issues or recommend solutions when necessary Use computer software to transfer parts to the next stage of production What We're Looking For 1+ year of applicable manufacturing experience CNC machining experience with lathes and/or mills Experience performing dimensional inspections on machined parts Proficiency using calipers and micrometers Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications Strong attention to detail and accuracy Basic/intermediate math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division Strong communication and listening skills Ability to work effectively with individuals from a variety of backgrounds Education High School Diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required Why This Opportunity?
