We are looking for qualified Lathe CNC programmer/set up machinist to join our team. We have an opening on all shifts. First shift hours are 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday to Thursday. Second shift hours are 4:00 pm to 12:30 am Monday to Friday. Third shift hours are 6:00 am to 6:30 pm Friday to Sunday (work 36 hours but get paid for 40 hours) We need set up personnel and operators immediately for our growing workload. Responsibilities:

Program, set up or operate CNC machines. Perform inspections and document results to maintain traceability. Monitor the manufacturing process and review tooling for wear and replace as needed to maintain tolerance.

Job Skills Requirements:

Reliability is critical. You must have good work ethics and be able to show up every day. As Employee Owners we rely on each other for success, and we get paid for success.
