Join us and help shape our continued success! Position Summary Legere Group is seeking a Millwork Machinist / CNC & Saw Operator to join our team. This is a union position responsible for operating and maintaining woodworking and millwork machinery to produce high-quality components according to specifications. Experience in millwork machining, CNC operation, or saw operation is preferred. Candidates with strong experience in any one of these areas are encouraged to apply. We are looking for dependable, detail-oriented individuals who take pride in their work and are interested in developing their skills within a team-oriented manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Operate CNC routers, saws, and other millwork/woodworking machinery safely and efficiently. Set up and operate machinery according to production requirements and specifications. Read and interpret shop drawings, measurements, cut lists, and production documents. Measure and cut materials accurately to required dimensions. Load, unload, and properly position materials for machining and cutting. Inspect finished components for quality, accuracy, and adherence to specifications. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Follow all company safety procedures and production standards. Work collaboratively with other members of the production team to meet schedules and deadlines. Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous experience in millwork, woodworking, CNC operation, saw operation, or manufacturing preferred. Experience operating CNC equipment, panel/beam saws, table saws, or other woodworking machinery is a plus. Ability to read measurements and accurately work from drawings, specifications, or cut lists. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work. Ability to safely handle materials and operate machinery. Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Willingness to learn new equipment, processes, and techniques. $23.80 - $29.20 per hour Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
