CNC Operator Location:

Naugatuck, CT Pay:

$22.00-$30.00 per hour, based on experience

1st, 2nd & 3rd shifts available

Full-Time We are seeking experienced CNC Machinists / CNC Operators to join a manufacturing team in Naugatuck, CT. This is a great opportunity for candidates with CNC experience who are looking to build their skills in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. All three shifts are currently available, with pay based on experience. Responsibilities Operate CNC machines safely and efficiently Load and unload materials and parts into CNC equipment Monitor machines during production runs Perform quality inspections using precision measuring tools Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions Make basic machine adjustments as needed Identify and report equipment or production issues Maintain accurate production and quality records Follow established procedures and safety requirements Maintain a clean and organized work area Meet production, quality, and efficiency standards Work collaboratively with production and quality teams Qualifications Previous CNC machining or CNC operating experience preferred Manufacturing experience preferred Ability to read and understand blueprints and work instructions Experience using calipers, micrometers, or other measuring equipment is a plus Basic knowledge of machining processes and tooling Strong attention to detail Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to work the assigned shift
