DOE (Depending on Experience) About theRole:
We are seeking skilled CNC Operators to join our manufacturing team in Shelton, CT. We have openings across 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts , offering opportunities for candidates with varying levels of CNC experience. This role is ideal for individuals with experience in CNC machining, part setup, tool changes, and quality inspection. You will help produce high-quality precision parts in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, and productivity.Key Responsibilities:
Set up and operate CNC machines, including mills and lathes. Change tools and adjust offsets as needed for production. Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and technical drawings. Inspect finished parts for quality and accuracy. Complete required production and quality documentation. Maintain and clean machines to ensure optimal performance. Troubleshoot and resolve machine alarms and basic operating issues. Follow all safety and quality procedures.Qualifications:
Previous CNC operator or machining experience preferred. Knowledge of G-code and CNC machine operations. Ability to read and interpret blueprints. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Mechanical aptitude and strong problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift , depending on availability.Benefits:
