Job Description

About the Role As a Precision CNC Operator, you will play a vital role in our manufacturing success by transforming raw materials into high-tolerance components. You will utilize your expertise in CNC milling and turning to drive production efficiency and ensure the highest standards of quality for our complex parts. Responsibilities Execute complex CNC machine setups and changeovers to maximize production uptime. Interpret intricate technical blueprints and engineering specifications to ensure precise part geometry. Drive continuous improvement by collaborating with production teams to refine machining workflows and cycle times. Perform rigorous quality inspections to guarantee that all finished components meet strict tolerance requirements. Conduct proactive preventative maintenance and troubleshooting to keep 3-5 axis VMC and lathe equipment in peak condition. Uphold a high-standard, safe, and organized workspace to facilitate efficient manufacturing operations. Qualifications Required Skills Proven professional experience operating CNC milling and turning centers. Demonstrated proficiency in reading and interpreting complex technical drawings. Strong mechanical aptitude with a focus on problem-solving and troubleshooting. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds. Commitment to maintaining high quality and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills Technical degree or certification in machining or a related manufacturing field. Hands-on experience with multi-axis VMC and CNC lathe programming. Advanced knowledge of machining best practices and tooling optimization.
