Emeca SPE USA is a company manufacturing steel splices for concrete piles at our automated facility in Laurel, DE. Job Overview We are seeking a disciplined, high-energy CNC Machine Operator to join our automated production facility. This role is critical for maintaining consistent production flow across multiple machines. While we provide specialized training, we require a candidate who is naturally attentive to detail and driven to keep equipment running at peak efficiency.
CNC Machine Operator Key Responsibilities Multi-Machine Oversight:
Monitor and operate several CNC machines simultaneously, ensuring the production schedule is met without downtime.
Continuous Production:
Proactively manage the workflow to keep machines running; recognize and resolve process faults immediately.
Precision Quality Control:
Perform frequent inspections of manufactured parts to maintain the highest technical standards.
Fabrication Support:
Assist with Band Saw, Press Brake and Plasma/Laser cutting operations as needed.
CNC Machine Operator Skills & Requirements Unwavering Focus:
Ability to maintain strict attention to detail and quality control, even during repetitive tasks or high-volume runs.
Reliability:
You must be a dependable, responsive professional who takes personal pride in the precision of your work.
Technical Aptitude:
Basic manufacturing knowledge and comfort using power tools.
Independence:
A self-starter who can work effectively with minimal supervision and keep the "gears turning" at all times.
CNC Machine Operator Experience & Knowledge Required:
Basic technical manufacturing experience.
Preferred:
Prior experience with CNC machining.
Advantages:
Experience with automation, programming, or general metalworking (Press Brake, Laser, etc.) is a plus.
Note:
Specific welding skills are not required for this role but are considered an asset.
Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$18.00 - $26.00 per hour
