Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in CNC operations and a strong mechanical aptitude.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC machines to perform tasks such as drilling, grinding, milling, etc.
• Read and interpret blueprints to understand job specifications
• Program machines using CNC software
• Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications
• Perform routine maintenance on machines
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient production processes

Skills:

• Proficiency in CNC operation including laser cutting, programming, and fabrication
• Experience with milling machines and stamping presses
• Mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting machine issues
• Ability to conduct quality inspections using tools like micrometers
