Full Job Description Job Summary:

CNC Waterjet & CNC Plasma Table Operator We are seeking a skilled CNC Waterjet and CNC Plasma Table Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC waterjet and plasma cutting machines to produce high-quality parts according to specifications. Forklift experience is a must. Candidates with welding or machining experience are strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and operate CNC waterjet and plasma cutting machines to cut various materials accurately. Interpret blueprints, CAD drawings, and job specifications to ensure precise cutting. Adjust machine settings, speeds, and feeds to optimize cutting performance. Inspect finished parts for accuracy, quality, and adherence to tolerances . Deburr and finish cut parts to meet quality standards. Maintain stock levels of cut parts and organize inventory as needed. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machines. Safely operate a forklift to load and unload materials onto cutting tables. Work collaboratively with machinists, welders, and fabricators to meet project requirements.

Qualifications:

Experience operating CNC waterjet and/or plasma cutting tables . Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints . Forklift experience is required (certification preferred but not required). Basic knowledge of G-code, CAD, and CNC programming is a plus. Welding or machining experience is highly desirable . Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently. Understanding of safety protocols related to cutting equipment, material handling, and shop operations.
